Recently, Rajasthan Education Board has released the notification for those contenders who had successfully qualified the entrance examination. The notification consist all nec essary information such as event dates, ranks of the candidates etc. Aspirants must appear for the Rajasthan BSTC Counselling 2017. Qualifying contenders in the entrance examination will be called for the BSTC Counselling on the basis of the merit list. First and foremost step is to log on to the official website of the Rajasthan Education Board that is www.bstc2017.com to make you registered. From the left side of the home page, candidates must select the suitable link for registration according to category. After that, some details will be asked candidates need to fill them properly and then press submit tab.

After the registration process is done, applicants have to report their documents for verification process. At the time of verification, receipt of Certificates will be issued which you must keep it safe. During the verification, a Blank Option Form, List of colleges, courses and their Codes will be given to every participant. Thereafter aspirants should write College and Course code for which they intend to take admission.

Final Allotments of participated candidates will be placed on the Web. Participants, with downloaded allotment order, have to report through Self-reporting system and report at the allotted college also. It is informed to applicants who missed out to fill the Online BSTC Counselling Application will be missed the allotment of seats in any of the colleges.

Required Documents

Candidates who are going to appear in the Rajasthan BSTC Counselling they should carry following documents at the time of verification round Hall Ticket, Rank Card, Date of Birth Certificate, Transfer and Conduct Certificates from the institution where the candidate last studied, Study Certificates from IX standard onwards issued by the Heads of the respective institutes, Integrated Community Certificate issued by the competent authority in case of SC/ST/BC candidates, Four recent passport size photos, Certificate in the prescribed form in respect of claim under special category (NCC, NSS, CAP, SPORTS and PH) where ever applicable, Physical Fitness Certificate from the Medical Officer, Andhra University or from a Govt. Assistant Civil Surgeon, Migration Certificate in the case of candidates from Universities other than the University where the admission is sought, Two sets of attested copies of all the above certificates/documents, and additionally 3 copies each of TC, Caste & Income certificates etc.
