AP EAMCET Counselling Procedure

State Council of Higher Education will soon release the notification for qualifying contenders in the AP EAMCET entrance exam. This notification is well consist with ranks of the candidates to be attended for Registration, Verification of Certificates and Schedule. Candidates are informed that who missed out to report for Certificates verification will not be considered for allotment of seats in any of the colleges.

After that, applicants need to report for the Certificate Verification at the verification centre. Then, candidates will get receipt of Certificates at Help-line Centers after Verification. After the successful Certificate Verification process, aspirants will get a Blank Option Form, List of colleges, courses and along with Codes.

Now the aspirants should choose the suitable course and college. During the seat allotment process, aspirants can change his/her options any number of times Final Allotments of participated candidates will be placed on the Web.

Aspirants must careful if you fail to report through self-reporting and reporting at the allotted college by the dates stipulated, the allotment stands cancelled and you are not applicable to claim for further allotment of seats.

Required Documents

Candidates must carry their original certificates of APEAMCET-2017 result Card, APEAMCET-2017 Call letter, Intermediate Memo of Marks-cum-Pass Certificate, Study Certificate, Transfer certificate, Aadhar Card, S.C or its equivalent Marks memo, Residence Certificate, Income Certificate OR White ration card, Caste Certificate, PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority Certificate if asked.

Certificates to be produced by PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority Candidates

• PH-Certificate issued by District Medical Board. Candidates with 40% and above disability are only eligible.
• CAP- Certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Board (In case of Ex-Service men) Identity card and Discharge book for verification. Applicants whose parents have domicile of Andhra Pradesh will be only considered as “CAP” Category.
• NCC & Sports- Produce Original Certificates issued by the competent authorities. The candidate should have represented from the state of A.P
• Minorities: SSC TC containing Minority status or Certificate from the Head Master.
• Anglo-Indian: A Certificate issued by Tahsildar of their place of Residence.
